- We sell handcrafted Telangana-style Pickles and related products.
- We try to display colours, weights, ingredients, and pricing accurately; small variations can occur in handcrafted batches.

3) Orders & Payments
- By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount including taxes and shipping (shown at checkout).
- Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. We don’t store card/bank details.
- We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that are suspected of fraud, bulk reselling, or policy abuse.
4) Shipping & Delivery
- India deliveries usually take 5–10 working days from dispatch; international 10–25 working days (customs may apply).
- Delays caused by couriers, holidays, weather, strikes, or customs are outside our control.

5) Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- As food items are perishable, returns aren’t accepted after delivery, except for damaged, wrong, or missing items as per our Refund Policy.

- Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

- Don’t copy, reproduce, sell, or reuse our content or Marks without written consent.

- If you submit reviews/feedback/photos, you confirm you own the rights and they’re lawful and accurate.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content on the Site and marketing.
