📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy – Pushpa Pickles
At Pushpa Pickles, we handcraft your pickles fresh in small batches and ship them with care. Please read our shipping terms carefully so you know exactly when to expect your order.
1. Domestic Shipping (India)
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.
- Delivery takes 5–10 working days depending on your location.
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15 days due to courier delays or holidays.
2. International Shipping
- International orders are dispatched within 4–7 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 10–20 working days, depending on customs clearance in your country.
- Customs duties or import taxes (if any) must be paid by the customer.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight & delivery location.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions (check our site/WhatsApp updates).
4. Delivery Process
- Our courier partners usually deliver between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- If you are not available, they will attempt 2 more deliveries.
- If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned and you may need to pay re-shipping charges.
- If your area is unserviceable, you may have to collect your package from the nearest courier hub.
5. Tracking Orders
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp update with a tracking number.
- You can track your order anytime from the “Track Order” section on our website.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check if someone else (family, security, office staff) collected it.
- Wait until the end of the day (sometimes marked delivered before actual handover).
- Contact our customer support within 3 business days.
