Refund & Cancellation Policy – Pushpa Pickles
At Pushpa Pickles, we value your trust. Since our products are handcrafted and perishable food items, we follow a strict but fair Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
1. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
- Cancellation fees: 3% of the transaction value may be deducted as payment gateway charges.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
2. Returns & Refunds
As food products are perishable, we do not accept returns except in the following cases:
- Wrong item received (e.g., Mango Pickle sent instead of Tomato Pickle).
- Damaged, leaking, or spoiled product at the time of delivery.
- Missing items in the package.
Conditions for Refund/Replacement:
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for damaged, missing, or wrong products.
- Refund/complaint requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be stored as per instructions (Refrigerate after opening). Refunds will not be given if spoilage is due to improper storage.
- Refunds/exchanges are not applicable for taste preferences or minor color/texture variations (as each pickle batch is handmade).
3. Process

- Share your order ID, details of the issue, and mandatory proof (photo/video).
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, refund/replacement will be processed within 7 working days.
4. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be credited back to the same account/card/wallet used for purchase.
- For COD orders (if applicable), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment gateway.
5. No Refunds Will Be Provided For:
- Requests raised after 5 days of delivery.
- Products opened/used beyond first inspection.
- Incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unreachable phone numbers.
- Delays due to courier partners, customs, or natural events.
