Our Pandu Mirchi Gongura Pachadi is a true taste of Telangana tradition, prepared in small batches using fresh gongura leaves and carefully selected pandu mirchi (green chillies).
The gongura leaves bring a natural tanginess, while pandu mirchi adds a slow, spicy kick that perfectly balances the flavour. We grind the ingredients traditionally and mix them with cold-pressed peanut oil, garlic, and hand-roasted spices — no shortcuts, no artificial preservatives.
This pachadi pairs beautifully with hot rice, ghee, jowar roti, dosa, and even curd rice. Every batch is made fresh after order to ensure authentic taste and long-lasting aroma.
