Description
Our Ginger Pickle is a traditional South-Indian delicacy prepared using time-honoured Telangana recipes and slow-cooked in small batches. Fresh, tender ginger is carefully cleaned, chopped, and blended with tangy tamarind, natural jaggery, and aromatic spices to create a perfectly balanced pickle that is spicy, tangy, and mildly sweet.
We use pure peanut oil for rich flavour and long shelf life, along with freshly ground red chilli powder, rock salt, garlic, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek, turmeric, and dry red chillies. The natural heat of ginger combined with the sweetness of jaggery and the sourness of tamarind makes this pickle truly addictive.
This pickle pairs beautifully with hot rice, dosa, idli, chapati, curd rice, and even plain dal. Known for its digestive benefits, ginger pickle is not just tasty but also comforting for the stomach when consumed in moderation.
