Our Pandu Mirchi Pachadi is a classic Telangana-style red chilli pickle prepared using fresh pandu mirchi, traditional spices, and age-old home recipes.
Each batch is made in small quantities using hand-cleaned chillies, slow-roasted spices, fresh garlic, and pure oil to lock in bold flavour and aroma. The pachadi has a smooth, thick texture, deep red colour, and a spicy kick that pairs perfectly with hot rice, dosa, idli, or curd rice.
